These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LedgerProof website, web application and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by LedgerProof LLC ("LedgerProof", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction, or if you are located in a region subject to comprehensive sanctions.
LedgerProof is a portfolio tracking and analytics tool. It aggregates read-only data from exchanges, wallets and public market sources to display balances, transaction history, allocation, and profit-and-loss calculations.
LedgerProof is not a wallet, exchange, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter or custodian. We do not hold, control, transfer, trade or have access to move your crypto assets or funds at any time.
When you connect an exchange or wallet, you authorize LedgerProof to retrieve read-only data using the credentials you provide. You represent that you are entitled to share that data with us. You agree to create API keys with read-only permissions and acknowledge that you are responsible for the configuration of keys you generate on third-party platforms. You may disconnect any account at any time.

The Service provides data, calculations and informational tools only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Profit-and-loss figures, tax estimates and reports are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions, and you are solely responsible for verifying any figures used for tax filings.
Crypto assets are highly volatile and speculative. The value of crypto assets can rise or fall substantially, and you may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete. You use the Service and make investment decisions entirely at your own risk.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and logos, is owned by LedgerProof and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party exchanges, blockchains and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or practices of these third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. An outage or change at a third party may affect data syncing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA AND CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LedgerProof AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR CRYPTO ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LedgerProof from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you cease, and provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7–13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LedgerProof LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
